Meditation and Mindfulness trainings for companies, organizations, small groups, and individuals

You probably know the phrase "you are what you eat." But it might be more accurate to say that "you are everything that you take-in" throughout the day at home, school, work, and in the public places we all visit daily.

What we "take in" often includes our exposure to the everyday stresses and strains of daily life and even to the "secondary traumas" that so many encounter in their work. These exposures can strain us to the point of us developing emotional cracks like compassion fatigue and even burnout.

Mindfulness and mediation are tools that allow you to bring increased awareness to your present moment (including the crack itself as well as the underlying causes) and to increase your capacity for dealing with stressful situations in a healthier way.

The more regular your meditation and everyday mindfulness practices, the more skilled you can become at recovering your equilibrium more quickly. You will learn to recognize your true self, to befriend all the parts of yourself, and to make more intentional and aligned decisions in your life from that place of self energy.

More information below on how to begin or deepen your practice of meditation and everyday mindfulness.

Mindfulness...

is awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgementally ... in the service of self-understanding and wisdom. -Jon Kabat-Zinn

Self ...

is who we really are and is characterized by compassion, curiosity, clarity, creativity, calm, confidence, courage, and connectedness.

Meditation ...

is what can allow the body to relax into a state of clam that creates an internal environment for tapping into Self energy and working with all your Parts.

In my meditation instruction, I combine both depth of practice with practical tools for personal and professional growth. And I will forever keep a beginner's mind.
